About a week ago I phoned Telkom to cancel my data portion on my adsl line and to downgrade my line from a 2meg line to a 1 meg line. Today I went to Telkom in festive mall Kempton park to pay my account and the data portion has not been cancelled and line not downgraded. Why waste money in phoning Telkom if they don't do what you ask as a client. This is bad service. The ref number I was given by Telkom for the cancelation was TOC22781762.
