List me on ITC for money I dont owe

When i cancelled my Virgin acc in Aug 12 there was a mess up on their side & they erroneously topped me up in Sep12. I contacted them on 7 Sep & the top up was reversed but I still had unused talk time from the Aug & it took me a few weeks to use this up, after which I would recharge prepaid.

In Oct 2012 I was billed for Sept I complained. Tshegafatso replied saying "you have used the airtime and liable for the invoice" Which is not true I can only guess she looked at my statement, saw my phone calls in Sep (using up my Aug talk time) and decided I was tring to rip them off.

I complained again and never heard any more, not even a statement for 2 years until I discovered today that they had listed me on ITC for non payment.

I spent an hour on the phone but no one knows what to do, they just passed me on and on (me having to explain each time) until eventually the call was cut off during yet another 10mins of hold music.

Now my credit card wont renew my card because I have a bad score thanks to Virgins ITC listing for non payment.

I have a ref 46244224 for a 7/9/12 call where Vunani states what I owe, I have a statement showing a credit memo number.

Im not impressed.
