EBucks and FNB Credit Card

As usual, FNB once again disappoints. I make a payment on 27th Jan. On the 6th Feb, my statement comes, and guess what, the payment on the 27th is NOT THERE! and as a result, I dont earn any ebucks on it for the month of Jan. They 'conveniently' set an eBucks monthly limit, which I will hit this month, but because they're obviously moved my 27th Jan payment over till after my 6th FEB statement, they effectively R85 from me in eBucks.

Thanks FNB for another R85 of mine. This happens regularly. Boils down to.

FNB. How can we Rob you?

When you call to try and talk your way out of my money, please do so after 5pm. I don't have time to listen to another useless apology that you wont bother making up for. How about you credit me the eBucks I've earned... no no, FNB doesnt stand up to their motto of "How can we help you". Why have a motto that means squat?
