Okay, I cancelled both my accounts on 14th October 2013. I was out of my contract period and should have been able to terminate on a month's notice. The numbers went over to prepaid on 14th November whence I transferred the numbers to Vodacom.

Imagine my surprise that you've taken about R9000 from my account since then. I've been assured on numerous occasions that the matter will be resolved (e.g. https:///autopage/complaints/could-you-please-stop-taking-money-from-my-account-1291717) yet still you persist.

I am so tired of phoning and putting things on Hello Peter about Autopage, I might as well just cut out all this nonsense and go straight to the small claims court. I want a FULL refund of the debited monies!!!

I hate dealing with your company; I get a more proactive response from the rocks in the garden.
