Once again Autopage are at it! I cancelled a contract which had reached it contract period in November and typical, Autopage just continue debiting my account! I have contacted them telephonically and they advised that there had been a problem with their accounting and they would immediately attend to it and reverse the money into my account which would take approximately 3 working days - well 7 working days later and guess what - NO MONEY HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING!!! A company of this size should know how to run their accounts efficiently and correctly and feedback is imperative in any company. I pay what is owing and if I stopped paying they would be the first to cut my lines etc or in turn double debit me! I am sick and tired of it.
