Consumer rights infringement disappointed in Mtn

My IPhone 5 has been in for repairs twice since December 2013, my phone will only b a year old next month. The phone keeps dropping signals and the Repair centre in Montague Gardens cannot fix it. Every time I collect the repaired phone I have the same problem. The consultant at the centre as well as a consultant has confirmed that there is a problem with iPhone 5 and the Mtn signal and I'm not the first person to complain.

No one at Mtn can provide me with a workable solution a) provide me a new iPhone in a sealed box, b) replace the phone with another model that works on the Mtn network or c) terminate my contract with no penalty to me as the problem is lying on Mtn's side.

I have a phone which I pay for every month and Mtn has breached our contract by not being able to provide me with a service that works and is therefore in breach of our contract.

I am utterly disappointed in Mtn and the lack of assistance in the matter and am strongly considering legal action as my rights as a consumer has been infringed.
