My Blackberry Bold 9900 was handed in for repairs at the Wonderboom junction on the 3rd of January 2014 and was subsequently sent to the service repair center. It has been more than a month now and I am still waiting for the phone to be returned. I took out extra insurance specifically for these purposes and there has been very little feedback from the service center. Each time I phone a different person answers with the same story: "It is still in repairs". How long does one have to wait for the repairs. My son also handed in a Blackberry quite some time ago at MTN and a refurbished phone was returned to him one week later. Why can't this be the case everywhere?
