Telkom your service is um.
Sort out my intermittent faults on my ADSL line
Sending a tec to change a plug fitting is not good enough.

I"m waiting for you to phone me, I am no longer holding for "we are aware of your call, all our operators are busy"

If they are SO busy hire more of them
