I have two pay.- as-you go SIM cards which have originally been RICAed in my (or my wife's) name. I bought them as pay as you go data cards to use if and when I run out of data at any given time. I don't use them often, but like to have them as back ups in case of emergency. I needed to use them during January - February 2014, only to find that they have been cancelled for some unknown reason. I have not at any time been informed or warned of any possible cancellation. I would like to know how this can be legally ok, when I have followed all the requirements to have them RICAed, etc? I find this completely unacceptable and would like to have an explanation asap!
