I am very dissappointed at the amount of time ALTECH autopage is taking to resolve my complaint.
I received a ridiculous bill, greater than R3000 in September/October. I then sent Autopage ALL the info they needed so as to investigate and let me know why my bill was so high so as to avoid a repeat. All this was sent to them on the 16th of October. More than 2 months, i still dont know why i was charged that amount. I am beginning to think i am being cheated here.
