Incorrect Bill and No Service Delivery

I recently logged a complaint on Hello Peter regarding a disputed amount on my Bill.

Marco from Autopage called and was unable to assist, as I have formally requested the written request and signed terms and conditions for international roaming. Marco admitted that Autopage does not have these documents. I was unable to make any further progress on having this matter resolved as he is clearly not the right person to be handling these issues. Marco then had the audacity to respond to my Hello Peter complaint stating that the matter was resolved and closed.

As Autopage has failed to deliver on services for more than 20 business days, I now consider this contract (as highlighted in your terms and conditions) to be null and void.
