My line started stop working since 31 Jan 2014, my model is in green light. But my ADSL is not working. Even my moblie phone is not working on my 3G (so as other people's cellphone)
I called Mweb and they said the signal is great with no problem, then I enquire further and they just forward to Techincal Centre which takes forever to wait. Well they took my call, they basically say my signal is good and my model is connected. And I should call back if I still have any issue! But my ADSL is still not working for a week already. And this is still not solving anything!!
