Line dead for over a month!!!

My line has been dead for over a month now, with dozens of calls to your call centre, 2 technicians and still no F*#KING LINE.

I wonder how much business I have lost due to not having my phone line active for a month oh and the cherry on the top is that they have the cheek to bill me for the line rental!
