NO PHONE POOR SERVICE NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day

I ordered a phone on line and spoke to one of your consultant Jabulani who was processing the ORDER on the 23rd of January, I was told that within 7 working days the phone will be delivered to me. even today the 05/02/2014 I haven't received the phone. I called I was told the order hasn't been cleared? for the PAST 11 days the order is still on their system.

when I tried to cancel it the cancellation department kept me on hold the guy was talking to his colleque at the back and H-UP THE PHONE ON MY EAR?? What kind of service is that? the people working there seems not to care at all...

they refuse when I asked to speak to their manager... iyooooo talk about poor quality
