Terrible Service

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. As far as billing is concerned they charged me twince for installation and then iqnore my emails when I query the issue. I was also told its a month to month ISP but all the set up costs and difficult cancellation and no pro rata billing makes this not really true. I have been trying to change to a Telkom line because of the Smart Village high prices and bad service and they have made this very difficult by charging ridiculous amounts in order for a Telkom line to be connected. I can't wait to not be dealing with this company any more!
