WHY CAN NO ONE ASSIST

I have been trying to get hold of someone from MTN for a week to sort out an account. I queried an amount and was told my account would be suspended. They still debited my account. I have been trying to sort it out being passed on from person to person. I was in contact with Wilhemina Magael who does not answer my emails even though i email her daily for an answer. I was told to call head office for a supervisor, i get put on hold for half an hour at a time and the phone gets HUNG UP. I have had no super visor phone. MTN have staff that have no clue what is going on they are absolutely useless. No one can help me!!
