If you pay your account ON TIME every month for years, be sure that you will get home on a Friday evening and find a message on your screen: E16 Account suspended, phone the call centre. After re-scanning etc etc you will then phone the call centre which will take their time getting to your call. Eventually, some person will answer which cannot say his name clearly and sounds like he wanted to be home an hour ago. After explaining your problem with great irritation, you are told: it says your account MIGHT be suspended. So now I can't read properly either and off course that answer solved my problem. Then the call is dropped... not that anyone cares. At what point did this become acceptable behaviour from a service provider? But they keep taking our money... for the 'service' they provide! What a joke.
