So just an update. It is 5 days later and guess what, CELL C has not responded (no surprise). No phone call or e-mail, nothing. We are currently in the middle of the month and still my outstanding 300mb of data has not been allocated as promised in the contract that I signed.
How does this work? You get a lot of complaints on Hellopeter, do you just choose NOT to respond?? At the end of the month I don't have the choice of not paying my account, my debit order from Cell C goes off my account come or high water.
Please note that I will keep on posting on Hellopeter untill I get a response from Cell C, you have my complaint, my phone number, my e-mail adress.
It is your choice not to provide me with the service that I pay for every month.
