Please sort out my line

I've logged numerous faults now. whenever it rains my phoneline
has either a terrible crackle or it is dead. I also have very limited
intermittent or no internet connectivity when it rains. I cannot afford
this as I work from home and would need to travel 85km to work
when my internet line is down.
your technicians keep testing the line when the sun is out and
saying it is fine, but as soon as the rain comes my connectivity
goes... Ali was at my house yesterday and told me to call if it goes
down again. I did but he already knocked off... he said he would
check it out today again. got a call from a different technician this
morning and explained the problem to him again and he said. ok.
it started raining now and my line is down again.
please sort this out.
