My telephone has been off for 2 months.and in this 2 months I have called over 30 or more times.you may look up my ref numbers with telkom.they connected me a few times but just for half a day.it has been really frustrating as it is my buisness line .they take my money every month and say when the phone is fixed they will refund me .it looks like i will just keep paying cos it doesn't look like they will fix my line. I'm paying for no service... for the past year at least twice a month I've had to phone in for no service.what do I do?
