Sir/Madam
Initially my DSL line was extremely slow and at most times it did not work at all and now for the past week my phone line is completely dead, I cannot make any phone calls and people cannot get a hold of me because the line simply does not work.
Forgive me as I relieve my frustration but I have tried to do everything in my capacity and to no solution I have logged numerous faults with Telkom over the phone, over the PAST MONTH AND A HALF with regards to the non-operable, slow performance internet and phone line that I am paying for, and until this very day I have received absolutely no response notifying me the status of my fault, whether it will be resolved or whether it will ever be resolved.
I feel unfairly treated in this regard as I am paying a LARGE amount every month to Telkom for a product that does not work! Once again neither my internet nor my telephone line works, NOTHING WORKS!
I have a lot more frustration that I wish to express but never mind, I do not wish to threaten so I ask one last time that you resolve my problem asap as a matter of urgency.
