I cancelled two Vodacom contracts in December 2013 via the cancellation call centre. Both cancellations where done in one call but only one has actually been cancelled, i am still billed for the other. The calls are recorded so verifying the cancellation should not be a problem. My cancellations were in no way related to service issues purely due to other service providers offering much more attractive packages than available with Vodacom however now that I have cancelled seems the service is not that hot after all if they continue to bill for something I no longer use.
I trust my complaint will receive the attention that is required and I will be reimbursed timeously.
