So frustrated at having my order delivered 3 days late, only to arrive in the wrong colour!! Absolutely appalled at the lack of attention to detail, and unacceptably low levels of problem resolution to date. The very reason I moved to Cell C/Vitality Mobile from my previous service provider was due to bad service during my last couple of upgrades. I was soooooo excited to move over to what I expected to be a superior service provider, but perhaps I should have stayed where I was!!! Now stuck with two service providers charging me, and still no phones!! ANGRY, FRUSTRATED, IRRITATED!
