I am very disappointed and very upset at the lack of service that I received from Cell c and their call centres.
I had taken out a contract with Cell c and my phone was delivered on Friday the 27th September. I had requested a port to be done, so i can keep my number, however for the past 4 days now i have been contacting the call centres and every single person has a different story, i am very disappointed and highly irritated and i refuse to deal with Cell C I need the sim card to work as I use the Phone regularly. I need response ASAP as this is utterly disgusting service that I am receiving from such a big Company!!! I expect all my queries to be sorted by today 1 October 2013
