I am extremely dissapointed and frustrated with Telkom - obviously they care a! i have upgraded my contract in October 2013, the contract I have taken comes with 5Gig of data, however for some strange reason, they have been charging me an amount of R349 for this data when its supposed to be INCLUDED in the contract.my first debit was in Nov 2013 when i noticed this.i immediately contacted them and they subtracted the amount before the debit date.however my Dec 2013 bill shows they have brought the R349 forward as arrears and charged me another R349 for Dec.they have debited this amount and now refuse to refund my money.i have been making numerous calls since Nov but to no avail.nobody actually knows their product or can assist! i call almost everyday & still no joy.even management are useless.i am always being promised to be called back and there is not a SINGLE phone call i have received until date.everyday i speak to someone new and have to explain the SAME thing over and over and whats more frustrating is that each agent tells me theres no record of my calls on the system.how do they operate??? i want my money immediately and my bill sorted or i am cancelling!!!
