I had a query, but the call centre agent did not help me. When I told them that there is a crackling noise behind as if its from an unstable microphone, they gave me a bad attitude. I tried telling them that I cannot hear anything from their side only crackiling (no way they could help since i could not hear them) instead I received attitude. I requested to speak to the team leader unfortunately i received the same filthy behaviour from them as well (clearly the agents learn from her.) When I adviced that I was gonna write a complaint on hello peter suddenly they did not want to disclose their full details. I coould hear as she was calling her colleagues to listen and they laughed at me as if i am a JOKE! I cannot tolerate this nonsense.
