CELL should only accept that they have made a mistake and apologise to their customers. After calling and calling cell C since last year early December querying about the SMS. This morning I get a call from cell C telling me that 3GB Data was loaded on the 28th of February and it is a once off. The data wasn't loaded and the sms said every month and not a once off. Why are they? JUST APOLOGISE AND ADMIT YOU MADE A MISTAKE...
