The service i am getting these days from 8ta/Telkom is excellent. The call centre agents are just great. when i call i get disappointed cos i always expect the worst from them but they always gives me the best. They follow up for each call i make. Yesterday while i was busy holding for another agent, they called the same time wanting to know if i have been assisted. no longer takes 7 days for a query to be resolved.
