CANCELLATION SENT - ACCOUNT STILL BEING DEBITED

I am Kavita Rampadarth< ID NO: 77100801 44089, I sent my cancellation over and over again. My account is still open and my account is still being debited. Can some professional person handle my situation. I don't have the money to keep two accounts. One is an upgrade< I will keep that account< but the one for R200.00 I want cancelled. Please assist.
