BILLED AFTER CANCELLATION

I tried talking to your consultants at your call centre, but they keep transferring me and my issue is not getting resolved. I cancelled my contract in October. It is now the end of November and I got debited again.
I need this to stop and account closed. They can see the cancellation on their records soI am not sure as to why I am still being debited.

I need this resolved and my money refunded.
