I need senior managment at MTN to contact me with regards to the pathetic service I received from Marcia Chaba at Direct Channel and from the MTN staff at the MTN store in Silver Oaks shopping centre in Pretoria. To date she only delivered on EMPTY PROMISIS and I am sick and tired or receiving pathetic service from MTN. I am a loyal paying costomer for more that 15 years with MTN and it is shocking to see how much they value theier costomers, I also want to cancel my contract with MTN as I WILL be taking my account to a service provider that TRULY VALUE their costomers. I NEED URGENT RESPONSE!!!
