Channel Life has not been debiting my account for the monthly premiums and I have not had any joy to find out why. I have three policies with them, and when I called their call centre they told me that they could not pick up my ID number how is this possible when they have been debiting my account for the past months??? All of a sudden the debit orders have stopped for no reason, they did not bother to notify me even worse I don't think the staff know what they are doing. I am so sick of this pathetic service my policy documents have also been outstanding since and I have had no joy from these people to receive these. I am beyond frustrated
