Telkom constantly seems to find away to disappoint me, I do not use their services because of how bad they are, i often have to call them many times on behalf of my boss and every single time i call i am transferred to another operator or I am given another number to call which i stay on hold no doubt for 45mins before someone even answers my call, it is actually pathetic and unacceptable! there should be no reason why i should be placed on hold for so long, employ more people! millions are unemployed! WAKE UP.
