Blackberry Z10- send for repairs -return worse

I purachased a blackberry Z10 with FNB online banking in July 2013. The handset is paid monthly via direct debit order. In October thehandset started to give problems. We then followed prosedures by contact the Contact Centre to report the phone. The phone was collected and send for repiars. During the entire time I had to make all the follow up calls with repairs to progress on the phone. I was constantly ignored and the service as completely non excisting. My monthly debit order is good enough however my needs is not.

FNB returned the phone after 4 weeks and even more calls all for my account not one all to give any feedback was received. And even even I phone they talk down to me as if I am an. The phone was in a worse condition as when it was send in for repairs.

I contact he call centre yet again on Thursday, 12/12/2013, Friday and Tuesday this week and today.

yet again the only response I got was a person talking down to me, not listening to my concerns and complaints.

The only acceptable solution is a new phone.

Should this not be resolved I will have no choice but to change all my banking needs to another banking including my home loan, cheque and othe
