I've booked my phone in for repairs, and actually thought that i was gonna get the service i deserved... let's just say that I'm not surprised. CELL C IS A BUNCH OF FROM THE TOP AAAAALLLLLL THE WAY DOWN. it is common knowledge that south africa boasts no blackberry technicians, but only cell c has the BRILLIANCE to attempt repairs on a blackberry. the phone i booked in for repairs over a month ago... still needs to be repaired (knows how long this is gonna take). i am so tired of fighting with this up provider i just cant wait for my contract to expire. i would rather pay more and be treated like a human being than to pay less and get much much less. CELL C, you should be ashamed to call yourself a PROVIDER. you're actually a pathetic excuse for a network provider.
