This is a report to thank a staff member at the tokai shop in Blue Route. I went in on Saturday for an upgrade and the store was very full and thought i would be in there hours waiting. Shaan Davids assisted my wife and I and was very efficient in his job and very polite. Any problem we had with the contract he was able to solve and went the extra mile in service. Please cell c make sure you do not lose this staff member as they are few and far between. Well Shaan Davids keep it up.
