I have lost all hope of resolution with Cell C. This saga has been going on for 10 months. I was incorrectly informed about a contract by an ex-employee of the Cell C shop in the Blue Route Centre. This resulted in me temporarily suspending my payments until resolution could be achieved. Massive incompetence and bungling from multiple divisions of Cell C have caused us to reach the point we now sit at. One normally gets a polite response from them on the social networks and then mind numbing incompetence when you deal with them directly. I have had an Earl, a Ruth and a Ntombi promising to sort the problem out. I have given up and will be proceeding to an alternative service provider next week. Cell C have suspended my service and blocked my phone yet they still do not offer an alternative to my problem. One of the worst decisions i have ever made was walking into their shop on that fateful morning in October 2012. We all await their polite, generic, token response!!!
