I've always experienced good service @ the old Clicks in Blue Route. For some reason the new Clicks just is not the same. On Saturday I went to the pharmacy - waited in line a few minutes later I see them closing up without saying anything to nay of the people in the line. Someone then ask them what's going on and the pharmacies says it's a public holiday we close @ 15:00 on public holidays. Surely he could have seen to the 4 clients in the line - he did not even have the decency to say anything to anyone in the line. Another client was telling him she's already been to 3 pharmacies that day but he was not interested. I then asked another clicks staff member (Keanen) what the name of the Manager is - after 3 attempts I realized he said Caroline - I could not understand him as he had no front teeth and he was not looking @ me when he answered me - I was so disgusted - how do you not look @ a customer while talking to them. A few weeks ago there was such a long line @ the pharmacy - when I looked into their door - there were 3 people @ the back and all of them were on their cell phones. Another issue-Sakienah assisted me once and she said called her colleagues stupid!
