Cancelling my Contract

I have been trying to cancel my Vodacom contract, first they told me to go to ABSA Bank to cancel, I went there and they had no idea how to do it. I then phone again, then the person told me no I musn't go to Absa Bank I must go to the Vodashop to do it. I then went to the Vodashop then they told me no they cannot do cancelations in the store. I must phone the cancellation line, they must give me a formal quote then I must go to Standard bank to do the payment, now I am trying to phone but not answer on the cancellation line, Really this is pathetic service. First the run around because poeple don't know their own company. Then no service at all.
