I applied to transfer the abovementioned telephone numbert to Portion 2, Plot 49, Melodie.
Telkom sent me a SMS confirming that installation was scheduled for 18 November 2013. Order reference 88252091A. I was also told that I qualify for a free cordless phone and to collect it from the nearest TDS within two months of service installation.
Another SMS was also sent to me advising that my request for transfer has been processed however an appointment date is not yet available. Once available I will be notified accordingly - reference number 87206456A. Again I was informed that I qualify for a free cordless phone.
After several enquiries regarding this matter, I was informed that no infra-structure is available at the said address. (Nobody ever entered the premises to investigate this).
On the 17th January 2014 I went to make enquiries at your office in Brits. After two (2) telephone calls were made by the staff to 10210, it took the Call Centre one (1) hour, one (1) minute and eighteen (18) seconds to try to give me a proper answer. I was then informed by Doreen that my order (which ever one was not mentioned) has been cancelled
