Applied online for land line to be transferred as per advertising: qualify for a free cordless phone and collect within 2 months of service installation. Yeah... land line has been transferred, reference number received to collect cordless phone, but NO Telkom office have stock! They are not prepared to take your number to contact for when they do receive stock. They tell you to visit their respective branches weekly to see if they have received stock! In fact, I am doing this for my mother who is old, in frail care... who on earth do I put her in a wheel chair to check which branch has stock - this is unprofessional and the least to say FALSE ADVERTISING!
