My land line went down over two weeks ago. Despite reporting the fault, and getting a reference, escalating the matter, and even writing to PR Pynee Chetty and others, still not one attempt to fix the line. I cant re report the fault as it wont let me do it. You have to escalate the matter but that hasn`t worked either as I have done this 5 times.
Ironically my Telkom bill arrived on time and I am expected to pay on time for a non existent service.
I even went to the technician depot in Randburg, but like most things the lady in charge spends most of her time out of the office.
There is no e mail for the CEO so you cant even turn to him. Telkom took on a new CEO and things seem to be worse than ever.
