On 7 November confirmation was sent to me that my request is being processed Ref 88957865A.
18 Nov. Telkom confirmed the installation as per my request. On 22 November Telkom send me an sms. The installation will take place on 25 November. On 25 November the technician arrived. Apparently the wrong number has been allocated. Since then no communication and no results.
