Firstly, I had insufficient funds in my acc when they debit on 1 Jan 2014, - my fault
7 Jan 2014 I made a easypay payment at P'nP using wrong easypay no (I've got 2) - my fault.
I received an SMS saying they're awaiting payment, I contacted Kenneth everyday from then on to move the payment from the one no. to the other, numeroues times he said they will. Got an sms again on the 23rd saying they still havent receive any payment, so I got money together and did an EFT on the 29th. 1 Feb there was a double debit order 1st one went throught, 2nd one causing me to have insufficient funds again meaning I must pay for the bank charges due to the debit order that will come back. Ayanda in accounts said I did not pay my Dec bill which I did, twice cause they didnt transfer the first payment, and I shouldve contacted them first before doing the EFT, but the sms said I must make payment to prevent my number from being suspended so I did. I just want Autopage to carry my bank charges.
