I called in this morning asking to speak to wikus as i wanted to find out about new laptop deals, he dropped the phone in my ear and i find it very unprofessional He has personal issues but i still remain a client at cellucity. Clearwater is my closet branch but i refuse to do business as unprofessional rude people don't know how to deal with client over a phone!
very disgusted! Because of people like that service is not as great as it used to be. i am just one client how many other clients don't get the call dropped in their ear!
