On Friday the 13th of December, an amount of R1100.00 was deducted from my account. I went to FNB Industria only to find out the money was deducted by FNB. An FNB Consultant then called on my behalf and gave me the phone, I then spoke to Refiloe Moeng who said the FNB Card division payment arrangement division already gone home and promised to escalate my query at 15:49 and advised it will be attended to on Tuesday the 17th. Up to this point nobody has contacted me and I need my difference of R700.00 as there was an arrangement of R400 to be paid on the 15th. So since the amount of R1100 was deducted for FNB Card, I need my R700 transferred back into my cheque account. I can't stress enough that there was an arrangement pending for the 15th and already my R1100 was held by FNB which I find very strange. I want the amount paid into my account as soon as today the 17th of December 2013. My ID number is 8009245460087 and I'm contactable on 073 257 2088. I hope this matter would be resolved amicably and there will be no need to take this matter through to Ombudsman as there was an arrangement with a Ms Baloyi as her Surname. I want this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
