I recently took out a Flexi contract R249 per month by you guys and I have signed my contract for the debit order to be debited from my account as from the 1st of every new month. However to my disappointment Vodacom has debited my account on the 27th of January 2014. This has however resulted in the bank charging me a fee as well as Vodacom for an unpaid debit order due to the fact that i only got paid the 28th. This has certainly affected my credit score enormously, as I have defaulted to "pay". All ITC checks will refer me to this incident and decline me on any further finances in future. I am highly frustrated and would this like this matter to be taken further. What is the actual point of signing a contract and not even vodacom can abide by those rules and regulations? Totally devasted and certainly hope this matter can be rectified
