Every month i would not receive the full amount of my allocated airtime because I'm being billed by some random company i don't even remember agreeing to subscribe to

I refuse to sms stop to their subscriber sms, s only to be charged and the service i do not even use to be removed

I read an article on city press which states network operators are responsible for opt ins to these services

Can i ask that you please remove me from any subscriptions and also if i could see any t&cs on how these services have the right to charge me
