BILLED BUT NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

Now I speak as a first time customer to mweb's 2mbps data and line package for R339 with free router delivery in 7-10 working days. Wow I ordered the 20th of Jan, its now the 1st of Feb and guess what??? NO DELIVERY OF THE SO CALLED FREE "ROUTER" ITS GONE PASS 10 DAYS NOW!!! IM NOW STUCK PAYING FOR A BILL DUE TO PRO RATA FROM THE 29TH OF JAN TILL NOW AND THE LINE BEEN ACTIVATED WITH NO SERVICE BECAUSE I HAVE NO ROUTER WHICH MEANS NO INTERNET ACCESS FOR MY MUSIC PRODUCTION WORK WHICH NEEDS TO BE UPLOADED VIA THE INTERNET. NOW AS A MICROSOFT CERTIFIED I.T TECHNICIAN I UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS BUT REALLY THESE GUYS SHOULD OF FIRST GAVE ME MY ROUTER RANGE EXTENDER AND THEN ACTIVATE MY LINE CAUSING LESS ISSUES OF GETTING BILLED FOR NO SERVICE AT ALL!!! NOW TO THE POINT GUYS HERE IS MY REFERENCE NUMBER 1341376 INWHICH I BATTLED TO GET HOLD OF YOU GUYS FOR THE ENTIRE DAY AT MY EXPENSE. I PROBABLY HAD TO SPEAK TO THE WHOLE MWEB TEAM TO GET THROUGH TO THE PEOPLE IN WHICH I THANK A FEW THAT WERE UNDERSTANDING OF MY APPROACH OF A BAD SERVICE AND HELPED ME GET THIS SILLY REFERENCE NUMBER THEN I GET TOLD I WILL GET CALLED MONDAY OR TUESDAY??? WHILE IM GETTING BILLED RIGHT!!!
