Great service

I just wanted to compliment mtn waterfront on the outstanding customer service they provide to their customers. Especially lahmeez who assisted me.

My blackberry 9320 had been overheating and rebooting. i went to mtn waterfront capetown on sunday 12 jan 2014 and was assisted by lahmeez. I was asked for proof of purchase and told her I have no idea what I did with it. Instead of turning me away lahmeez tried her best to assist me. She listened carefully to my problem and explained the procedure. She mention to me that repairs takes up to 3 weeks and I accepted. On wed 15 jan 2014 mtn called me 2 collect my phone. They were unable to repair and was replaced with the same model. I was surprised by the service they provide. Everything was sorted within 3 days.
I left the store happy like a customer should.
Keep up the good work lahmeez, there should be more of you out there.
